Our models are for marketing and visualization only. They are not surveys, plats, or legal documents.
You agree not to misuse our platform, copy models, or resell services without permission.
Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed quarterly until canceled.

All 3D models, graphics, and software are owned by VS-Explorer (a product of Virtual Site Explorer, LLC), unless otherwise stated. Builders retain ownership of their underlying project data and grant VS-Explorer a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and process that data solely to provide and operate the services.  
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the platform. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that models reflect final plats, lots, or construction. We are not liable for business losses resulting from reliance on visualizations. 
Changes

Refund Policy
Setup Fees
When we create your subdivision model, there’s a one-time setup fee required before we begin. This covers the custom work and resources needed to prepare your project. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you choose to terminate before formally approving the initial model preview in writing. Once the model is approved or accepted with requested changes, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed quarterly. You’re free to cancel at any time — your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. Because access is immediate, we cannot offer refunds for partially used periods.
Project Deliverables
All project deliverables are provided through secure web-based links. The underlying digital models and data remain the property of VS-Explorer (a product of Virtual Site Explorer, LLC) and are not distributed directly to clients. This ensures the protection of our proprietary intellectual property.

Service Support Guarantee
If something isn’t working as promised, we’re here to help. We will resolve any broken data links within our control as quickly as possible. While these issues are rare, they can occasionally arise. Please note these issues along with certain external issues — such as datacenter outages or general internet disruptions — are outside of our control and are not covered by refunds or guarantees.
We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including CCPA where applicable. 
These terms constitute the entire agreement between users and VS-Explorer regarding use of the service. 
VS-Explorer is a product of Virtual Site Explorer, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company.
